Moe-Joe Working Distributor Agreement
The minimum distributor purchase will be 10 cells at $1625 CDN
(same price for car kits and healing / water charging kits). The money must be paid up front.
All cells will be supplied with all the necessary spacing materials. Bismuth and/or crystal cores, transfer tubes, and tube connectors will be supplied at an extra cost, with a discount that corresponds to the website discount, not the distrubutor discount (as the cost margin is much tighter). The cost of shipping and duty will be paid by the distributor for quantities less than 50 cells. Shipping for distributor purchases of 50 ++ cells will be paid by Moe-Joe Working. Duty will always be paid by distributor. For international purchases over 50++ cells, half of the shipping cost will be paid by Moe-Joe working, half by the distributor, who will also pay the duty.
All orders must be paid for up-front, and once placed and paid for, they are non-cancellable, non-refundable. Prices for shipping will be calculated at the time of shipment and a paypal invoice (or distributor can send an international money order), where applicable, will be sent to the distributor.
Moe-Joe Working does not guarantee any results with the Moe-Joe cell either as a heaing device, nor as a car enhancement, for improved performance and fuel mileage. By becoming a distributor, you understand that you are helping to distribute this technology which is still in the experimental phase, and you are helping to advance the technology through research and development.
What we guarantee is to deliver the finest non-magnetic steel and spacers for as low a price as possible, to help forward this technology and continue to improve upon it. We do know that by following instructions, getting to stage 3 with the Moe-Joe cell is a certainty, and that, when installed properly in the vacuum intake of the car, with good, charged water, the Moe-Joe cell will have some positive influence - though how much is not guaranteed, because it depends on the type of car, what sort of computer system is installed in the car, and also depends on the skills and efficiency of the person installing the cell.
The distributor is responsible to supply their customers with the Moe-Joe cell and instructions. An instruction booklet will be supplied with the purchase of the cells. Follow up support from distributors' customers will be handled by the distributor, and only questions that the distributor is unaware of, will be directed toward Moshe and Moe-Joe Working.
The distributor agrees to properly represent Moe-Joe Working, and understands that Moe-Joe Working is held within the umbrella of David House Productions and Nutopia.cc (where Discussion Forums will be held to assist all users of the Moe-Joe cell) , and therefore, becoming a distributor of Moe-Joe Working, means to play a part in helping to heal this world through distribution of the Moe-Joe cell whether for healing and improving the environment (car and generator related), or healing the human being's health and consciousness.
The distributor agrees to not sell the Moe-Joe cell for more than $300. The distributor can charge an extra fee for supplying the cells assembled, polished, and with charged water, but must make that clear before selling the Moe-Joe cell to anyone. The distributor can also charge an additional fee for installing the cell in the car. Each of these services can be charged the customer an additional fee, but the distributor will offer reasonable prices, and will stay away from taking advantage of the customer. Any reports of greed, dishonesty, or charging prices above the agreed price for the Moe-Joe cell ($300) will result in an immediate termination of the Distributor agreement between the distributor and Moe-Joe Working and will result in the cessation of all future supply of any products from Moe-Joe Working.
The distributor agrees to supply Moe-Joe Working with contact information including phone number, address, and email address, of all customers, so that Moe-Joe Working can keep in touch with all people who have a Moe-Joe cell for global charging sessions and invitations to everynationland.com / Nutopia.cc.
